Worst customer service I have ever received. I had repeatedly begged and pleaded for them to tell me what work was done on my car but the employee in the service department at bronco motors nissan Nampa refused to tell me. They also blame the dashboard computer constantly resetting on my phone's software even though it's had this problem with the last four versions of software but they insist that the problem will be fixed with the next update. Do not buy a car from this dealer!
I love my truck, but I`m not for sure about the service yet. When I was buying my truck I noticed that it did not have a spare tire. So to close the deal I told them I needed one. So the mounted one under the truck for me, and I thought nothing more about it until quite some time later when I got a flat and found out that it was the wrong size. (good thing for towing on my ins) My truck came with 18 inch tires but my spare was a16inch. With a 4 wheel drive you have to have matching sized tires. I hope it was an honest mistak... read more
