Emergency Room doctor came in to the exam room and the first thing he said was"You have an extensive history of narcotic use" McScuse me !!!! The only narcotics I have gotten were at the Emergency Room. I'm not using narcotics anywhere else. I was furious at the rude and inconsiderate manner in which Dr.Domagalski spoke to me.I have never been so humiliated and insulted in my life. One of their employees broke HIPPA privacy and told friends about a recent visit I had to the ER which resulted in me being bullied for it. The employee openly confessed to the violation and all they did was a verbal warning. Do not go here unless you want to have your personal history disregarded.
Terrible emergency room visit. Doctor Mark Vossler did not take my condition seriously at all. I got a second opinion at Sanford thankfully.
Friendly staff however I had an ultrasound as an out patient done in brookings and one as an out patient through a clinic in Sioux Falls (three months apart, same insurance) and was charged twice the amount to have the exact same thing done in brookings as in Sioux Falls. I'm happy to drive to Sioux Falls to save over 200$.
I had an appointment with Dr Johnson, what a really nice guy takes time to go over and explain things to you his nurse is a sweetheart also just a great experience
