RecommendedMy son had his tonsils and adenoids out and tubes put in his ears. The day of the surgery we were all kind of nervous about the procedure. When we got to the hospital everything went so smoothly. Every staff member we encountered was friendly and helpful, from nursing to kitchen staff. We were always kept informed about exactly what was going on in his care. One nurse even took the time to sit down with my son, who is 3, and read a kids themed book about what was going to happy during his surgery. It was wonderful experience... read more
