I have tried to move past a negative incident I had with this rental property but have not been able to and want to share my experience. The apartment building itself is in fair condition, well-located, and comprised of mostly quiet, respectful tenants. I would however encourage anyone who is actively living here, or thinking about signing a lease here to make sure that your move-in is well documented and that your move-out is even more ironclad documented. A new management company took over this property last year. After they took over they stopped taking care of the common areas and property all together. They don't care to maintain anything, they only want to collect money. When they increased rent this year they lied and said I couldn't negotiate because they had a long wait list of people for available units. 3 other units had renewals due at the same time as me did not renew and not one is rented! Cute little apartment complex with basic amenities. Although we experienced some initial issues with the dishwasher, security and drainage, the new management that recently took over has significantly improved the overall experience. Tara, in particular, has been exceptional, providing prompt assistance and addressing any questions or concerns during our move-out process. Her dedication truly reflects the positive changes brought by the new team!
