Went to visit the location and it was great. When I came In was greeted by front desk and he was very polite and friendly. The building was clean and quiet. I would recommend this facility for your rehabilitation needs and dialysis needs.
I give a 5 Star rating. The residents/ patients are priority and they receive VIP Care. However, on my previous visit, Some of the staff, very few of them, were rude and obnoxious. However, it does not diminish the quality of care given to the patients/residence. The facility is clean and well kept. The staff communicates efficiently with family members regarding upcoming scheduled, medical appointments in advance and they are accompanied to these visits by a professional staff member. Staff was courteous didn’t have any problem seem to be a clean facility. Was only there for my church outreach group
The round-the-clock comfort and amenities provided for the patients at the facility are wonderful.
