Pay more attention to the patients especially when they fall. And monitor them more to reduce the number of incidences of falls. Communicate more with the families and be consistent. Answer the phones. The hospital called more than six times yesterday before they were able to get in touch with someone from the nursing home to get more information about my grandmother’s fall. Have better in house protocols for when a patient falls and for calling an ambulance.
I have traveled from far to see my sister and let a certain staff to be so disrespectful to the family members
To gain entry into the building my wife and I had to walk carefully through hard snow that was not cleared even at 4:00 pm. Then the resident we were visiting was brought from dialysis and just left in his wheelchair unattended for an extended period of time.
