RecommendedWe have been going to Brookside for over 20 years. Vet’s are great, and staff is always friendly and helpful. But this last time we waited for 40 minutes. The room they put us in was filthy. Hand prints on doors, ceiling dirty which show HVAC system filters not being changed and ducts need cleaning. This is a medical facility and should be spic and span from a cleanliness perspective for employees and patients. Was never like this with Dr. Kalick as owner.
RecommendedI had to wait 20 minutes before someone came out to get my dog. Unacceptable! Doctor was wonderful!
Immediately after receiving a shot of Convenia at Brookside my Sasha got much sicker with the same symptoms as many other animals that have passed away from the effects of this drug, many even healthier younger animals. I received this information from many reputable sources including other clinics that refuse to use it. My hope is that next time one of their Vets is going to inject this into another animal they would pause and at the very least inform the owner of the horrible possible side effects which aren't rare and of ... read more
