They don’t recognize responsible when they are not doing correctly the job or when the intervention what they are doing Is not successful .They sent the pets to other hospital in deplorable situation and laying to me because they don’t have mor time to take care because have to much work with other pets. They was laying to me .when I bring the pet the pet was ok sick , waking crying. They put the pet in the box sin avise me the pet is going to ding in every moment.

if I cannot bring my animals to you with a minor emergency when you are there all day until 4, what good is your service? I can go anywhere for the simple stuff. this is when I need you. we have been patients for 6 years. unacceptable to be told I could wait an hour but would probably be sent to Coral springs animal hospital anyway because you don't have time for us. unacceptable. Been going here for years but no longer. The main concern is the current state of the practice. Once owned by a dedicated veterinarian whose reputation and business meant everything has retired. Unfortunately, he sold the practice to a California based investment company called NVA. Please research. Their sole goal is to persuade retiring doctors to sell their practices while keeping the facade of it being locally owned and operated. Horrible, no sympathy , they misdiagnosed my dog. Took her to get teeth cleaned, they tell me she had skin tissue and an ulcer in cheek. Telling me it go away with antibiotics. Never suggesting to do a biopsy. They did an oral swab forcing it in her mouth, traumatizing her, saying they needed to see what kind of bacteria it was. Do your research on this. Oral swabs are a joke, when there is over 200 kinds of Bacteria in mouth of dogs. The oral Swab made it worse, hurting her and poking her mouth. They took her in back room f... read more

I would never go back there with my dog the receptionist Barbara very unprofessional they actually caused my dog more discomfort and pain . If you love your pets keep them away from brookside animal hospital Stacy another co worker of Barbara should not be allowed to work with any animals , like I said if you love your pets Do not bring them to brookside
