Staff associate who did the installation was very polite friendly and professional. He also demonstrated great knowledge and application of the product. It was a great pleasure of mine having him share so much insight about the product. I learned a lot. I will certainly recommend Broten Garage repairs and service to anyone who have this need.
Very pleased with the Broten Garage Door Co. installing my new door. They replaced my 23 year old door that was not up to code. Also want to thank Bruce Metviner the salesman who helped me putting my order together. He was very helpful in my decision ,spending time and showing door samples. Also the technician Rich for coming back to install 2 decorative outside hinges missing at the top. This Company will answer service calls quickly. Highly recommended.Very professional.
Broten has been great every step of the process. Our install was very quick and professional. Kamala and Shawn did the install and they were very friendly, clean and professional. They did a wonderful job. We highly recommend Broten and would certainly use them again.
Absolutely phenomenal dealings from start to finish! Salesman was great and today the installers Orlando and Jody showed up right on time around 8:30. They told me it should take about 3 hours to replace and install the new hurricane door and they pulled out of here at around 11:35. They did a great job installing and being meticulous for every part of the process so that the new door looks great, functions great and should pass inspection on Friday. When the team arrived, very knowledgeable, friendly, and courteous perfection in their work, ethics and standards and products. I can always count on this company. And the best ever of team work from technicians and left everything clean very well informative on how to work our new garage door system.and no surprises. Again I lived our technicians that were sent out to our home.
