I contacted Broten Garage Doors because our garage door opener had a mind of its own and was opening and closing randomly. ****** was our serviceman and he was knowledgeable and professional. We did need to purchase a new opener because the motherboard was failing. He installed the new motor right then. He did not need to come back another day as I expected. After the installation he helped me pair it with our outside garage door opener and my car. I highly recommend Broten.

I called Broten Garage Door Sales to request an appointment for installation of a key pad for my garage door and a technician came out the next day. I was given a time window and the technician contacted me to provide a more exact time. The key pad was installed promptly and **** made sure it was working properly. Had a broken spring on a heavy (hurricane proof) garage door. Broten sent a tech the following morning. He had the parts, repaired the problem quickly, and charged a reasonable rate.

I needed service and remembered Broten from years before. I called and left a message no the evening and at 7:30 am they called. I told them what I thought was wrong(I was completely wrong)They had a service guy come out about 9:30 am. He knew the issue at once, had the parts, fixed it in less than two hours. The nicest guy, the most polite. No mess. Just a wonderful experience . Never had worked so well No place else to go . Price was great as well !

Our door spring broke on Saturday and when I called on Monday morning I was told it would be that afternoon before they could get her unless they had a cancellation. And luckily they got a cancellation and called back to say the serviceman was on his way! He arrived and assessed the situation, and quickly got to work. He noticed some other components that looked like they were on the way out. I made a decision to save another service call and had him do maintenance on all the components that needed updating.
