I like Quite happy with this purchase. Everything that I needed in a compact footprint that is much smaller that what I replaced. Easy setup and good instructions. Would recommend for any home office.
Brother Printer MFC7360N Monochrome All-in-One Printer works well So far, so good, after about 6 months use. No problems so far. we're not heavy users, but occasional print jobs of 50 pages come out perfectly and fast too.
Excellent Value for small office use The Brother MFC7360N was easy to set up and the software is easy to use. For me, the "feed" feature was a big step up from the single-sheet scanner previously used. It saves a lot of time and the machine offers excellent value for the price
Brother's Printer I had a horrible experience with a refurbished printer I ordered through Amazon from another supplier. Printer was missing parts, called amazon they put me in touch with the company. They were rude but eventually agreed to take it back but at a cost. THEN I ordered a new BROTHER PRINTER and am so HAPPY I did. In the end it was cheaper than the refurbished one and oh sooo much better. Love it!
Does everything it is meant to do. Prints, copies, scans & faxes flawlessly. Quick and quiet. Easy to set up. Exception--fax settings somewhat tricky. Faster and quieter than my old Brother HL-14 printer, which still works fine. Hope it is as rugged as the HL-14.
Brother Software is the shortcoming I've never encountered a printer that was designed in what I would call the Apple or Sony mentality. It looks good, and functions with ease of use in mind. The printer works fine [looks don't really matter in my office], is a lot faster than the one it replaced and the toners (with some adjustment) seem to last longer, but it could just be judgement bias. Excellent printer This is a solid addition to a home office or simply for personal use. Setup was easy and straightforward. I plugged the ethernet cable in, installed the drivers, and was ready to go. Connectivity is reliable, it wakes up quickly, and it prints fast and well. It's a refreshing change from a Samsung laser printer I had to return because of its connectivity issues. Very well done I didn't buy it from Amazon for one reason - my 8 + year old MFC died (MFC 8840DN) in the middle of the work day. It was on it's way out anyway. But I was in the middle of an important print job. So I picked it up at Staples (same price but I had a 20% off coupon). I never used the duplexing on my older unit so this one was fine. I also don't print that much today, but still need to have a reliable wireless printer for my home office. I don't care about faxing because I use MyFax e-faxing. The set up was fast ... read more
