Dr. Brown and staff are very friendly, helpful, and professional. I would highly recommend their services. I have been to others and I know there is a difference! Dr. Brown and staff make you feel special and they accommodate your every need. I have been a patient for 5 years. Dr. Brown takes his time to answer all of your questions and empowers you with knowledge about your individual "condition".
Dr. Brown and his staff are amazing. I have had four laser surgeries with him and he is amazing, caring. kind and calming. His staff is the best especially in a crisis. Do you have to wait a long time for your appt? Sometimes you do but it is only because he is so busy. I do not mind waiting at all. I usually pick a very late appt time so my wait hasnt been bad at all. Thank you guys for all you do.
This was my 3rd visit to this office, Dr. Brown is an exceptional retina specialist!!!!! I have been getting shots for many years for my diabetic retinopathy and the shots of always been so painful with aching for days after. But since I have been seeing Dr. Brown, my shots has been painless with no after effects. Jaynee, his assistant, demonstrates constant professionalism and make sure that the shot is painless and pleasant . I wish I can give them more than five stars. They’re great!!!
I have been a patient of Dr. Brown for several years. The main reason I have such high regard for him is his level of cutting edge knowledge in the care of Macular Degeneration. He doesn't hesitate to make sure I completely understand all test results as well as reasons for specific types of care. There are no "silly" questions as far as Dr. Brown is concerned and he makes a point to thoroughly answer any and all of my questions and concerns. The long wait for an appt is well worth it!!
