Dr. Brown is the third retina specialist I have seen - and I'll never go anywhere else. I'm in the office sometimes once a month for injections, or laser, the latest was a vitrectomy. Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, they were immaculate! Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Absolutely, they were an expert! Was this provider's office clean? Yes everything was neat and sterile Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? Never, they are very reliable. Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? No, they are really great about answering the phone right away

Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Yes, it was convenient Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Yes, I was greeted when I walked in Would you recommend this ophthalmologist to others? No Was this provider's office too cold? No, it was fine

Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? Definitely not; I received the best service ever! Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, I could tell they were cleaned regularly Are you confident that this provider will continue working with you until a solution is reached? Absolutely! I'm confident they will work hard to find the best solution for me Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Yes! They were the most knowledgeable staff I've ever seen!

Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary? Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit? No Is this business handicap-accessible? Yes, it was handicap-accessible Were the restrooms well-stocked at this provider's office? Yes, they were well-stocked

I definately will and already have recommended Dr. Brown. The only thing is a 10:30 appointment takes 2 hours. I get it. My eyes need to dilate, but still 2 hours??? Dr Brown is a great dr. I wouldn't trade him for another dr. He explains everything. He is compassionate too. I just know when I have an appointment with him, I take the day off from work, but thats not always a bad thing
