Bru is an ode to our love... the Burger. It’s a classic, purely American, and an icon. The hamburger is the people’s sandwich, everyman’s food. Paired with a beer, we can't imagine what could be much better. Our goal is to bring you great burgers made from the best local meats, topped with the freshest ingredients and placed in our freshly baked buns.

We both like our burgers rare and they came just as we like them! We got snack size : I got the bourbon burger, hubby got mushrooms Swissburger, taste like they came right off the backyard grill and just the right size for us. We also got fries, onion ring and cole slaw, all fresh and also delish.

Grabbed dinner here before a show at the Aranoff. Glad we did. It was crowded and we had to wait for our reservation because there were two shows scheduled for the night but once seated, our food was good. The service was excellent. Food arrived quite quickly. I would do it again.

Friday evening, they were full so service was a little slow, but very professional and attentive. BBQ chic nachos were super delicious! Wine was reasonable but only for the 9oz pour price. This is a good location for pre-theatre so I’ll probably be back.
