Bru is an ode to our love... the Burger. It’s a classic, purely American, and an icon. The hamburger is the people’s sandwich, everyman’s food. Paired with a beer, we can't imagine what could be much better. Our goal is to bring you great burgers made from the best local meats, topped with the freshest ingredients and placed in our freshly baked buns.

Servers were attentive and food was delicious. An enjoyable experience
We had a short window before a show. They took out order quickly and the food came out in a very timely manner. It was excellent. This is our favorite place to eat before a show. We love the food and appreciate the great service.
Nachos and fries were above average. The burgers were very salty and the bun/special sauce made the sandwich too sweet. The whole restaurant was freezing. We had to keep our coats on the whole time.
Our waitress was awesome. Very friendly, attentive and efficient. Only complaint was the temperature. It was cold and we had to keep our coats on during dinner. We were seated at a high top, right next to the garage door to the outside patio.
The food was great as always. Our server Jaide was the best we've ever had--attentive without being intrusive. Only complaint is that the wine dispenser gives you chilled red wine.
