Bru is an ode to our love... the Burger. It’s a classic, purely American, and an icon. The hamburger is the people’s sandwich, everyman’s food. Paired with a beer, we can't imagine what could be much better. Our goal is to bring you great burgers made from the best local meats, topped with the freshest ingredients and placed in our freshly baked buns.

Food was very good, service was slow. The wait staff was busy and seemed to be working hard but inexperienced. We needed to ask for things several times.
Good food, prices are okay. The beer on tap was good as well. The service was slow and had to ask for silverware, refills, etc multiple times before receiving it.
While the service was rather slow, the food was good. They had 2 vegetarian burgers, which were delicious. Their BRU Board is definitely something to try.
