Bru is an ode to our love... the Burger. It’s a classic, purely American, and an icon. The hamburger is the people’s sandwich, everyman’s food. Paired with a beer, we can't imagine what could be much better. Our goal is to bring you great burgers made from the best local meats, topped with the freshest ingredients and placed in our freshly baked buns.

It was ok but i am not sure the staff new anything about beer
This was our first visit, so I guess we were expecting something extraordinary. The bourbon burger, Memphis BBQ and the onion rings were nothing to write home about and were pretty bland. Being listed as a burger place we ha hoped the burgers would be hand fashioned, but from what we could tell they were burger patties. The service was quick and our servers were friendly and attentive, the food just wasn’t great.
Out of the three of us two are vegan. Our waiter at first was pretty standoffish with the vegan questions we had but then ended up being good. At one point I had to ask to talk to the chef because he couldn't answer our questions but then finally was helpful. Ended up being a really good waiter. Fries would have been excellent but they were a little too soggy and greasy. I would go back again if they got more vegan options on their menu.
