Great customer service
Came into town for a concert in Cincinnati. Looked at best restaurants to go too and Bru Burger was in the top ten. The staff was incredible, atmosphere and availability to get a table was great! The presentation of dinner was excellent however wasn’t our favorite place. Fries tasted too greasy but my fiancé has the burger and loved it. I had the Bru Hot chicken sandwich, it was pretty good - spicy though! Server was great, she was the bartender and she gave us good alcohol recommendations.
