Bru is an ode to our love... the Burger. It’s a classic, purely American, and an icon. The hamburger is the people’s sandwich, everyman’s food. Paired with a beer, we can't imagine what could be much better. Our goal is to bring you great burgers made from the best local meats, topped with the freshest ingredients and placed in our freshly baked buns.

Burgers and drinks were amazing! Our waiter started off good , but as the crowd gathered , it took longer to get attention to our table.......
We had a good meal served by Ryan. He was very accommodating to our requests.
First time at Bru Cincy & just as great as the ones in Indy. Server was very friendly, provided great service. Burgers & salad were great, tho we had asked for the salad served prior to the burgers but they were both brought out at nearly the same time. Loved the fact they take reservations , wish the Indy Bru’s would do this as well.
I had the Impossible Burger, which was everything that I'd heard and more -- a fully vegan burger that was indistinguishable from regular straight-off-the-cow beef. I'm not a vegetarian specifically, but the ingenuity of meatless cuisine tickles my fancy, and Bru's implementation of it was a fantastic eating experience.
I visited with friends for a birthday. Our waiter was great, and they have a well rounded alcohol list. The food was made perfectly, and I recommend the Impossible Burger.
The waitress was very nice. The only issue we had was my niece order a burger with bacon and unfortunately the burger didn’t have bacon on it. I ordered a burger without onion and guess what-it came with onion on it. Not sure what was up with the food prep but that was disappointing.
Great burgers and beer selection. Salads were fresh and service was great!
