We had nice hot burgers before a show at the Aronoff. Staff was friendly and helpful, and we made it to the theater in plenty of time.

Had the salmon sandwich and it was undercooked. Tasted good and the bun and condiments with it were good.

Great food and service. Our only complaint is that it was freezing in the restaurant (and especially the restroom! Brrr!)

There was no heat! The temperature was in the teens. A few space heaters were scattered about but did no good. They need to have a retainer for heating service.
Service, food, staff and atmosphere were all terrific. Temperature was very cold - the double doors didn’t keep the cold out. Bru Burger will be on our regular rotation- when it’s not so cold out.
Burgers and chicken sandwiches were very good. Fries are delicious! Service was quick and attentive. Unfortunately the heat was not working on the day we attended 10° temps and we were very cold.
We parked in the parking garage just across the street. Burgers and onion rings were great! Service was fast and accurate.
Very good Burger, prompt service and clean. Would recommend the Bison Burger.
Always love coming here for a gourmet burger. Highly recommend. Super quick service.
