Service and food consistently great. The Gorgonberry salad is outstanding
Awesome service, food was above average. The nachos were the star, surprisingly very fresh tasting and delicious.
Great food and atmosphere. In our group we ordered the nachos, salads and burgers. All were good.
This was a great meal from start to finish! Had a poor experience in the past and decided to try again. This restaurant did not disappoint! Victoria was a fun server who listened to us and delivered a wonderful meal. Brava to Brooke who started this restaurant and continues to serve a wonderful dining experience. Glad to be back with the Bru Burger family! We will return! Highly recommended!

Exceptional service and good food. Great stop prior to attending a show at the Aronoff.
At Bru Burger, the food is the standout feature, offering well-prepared and flavorful dishes, especially the burgers. However, the service was notably slow, with staff seeming overwhelmed, and the meal prices felt high relative to the overall dining experience. While the cuisine might attract flavor enthusiasts, diners should be ready for a slower service and a somewhat hefty bill, primarily if value and quick service are top priorities.
Good food, good service. Next time I plan to try their salads.
Overall our experience was good. The only area of complaint is the service. My order was incorrect and instead of apologizing the waitress was incredibly rude and said “ tell me exactly what you want again and I will have them make you another burger.” No “I’m sorry your order was wrong” nothing. The food itself was good once we received it.
