Bru is an ode to our love... the Burger. It’s a classic, purely American, and an icon. The hamburger is the people’s sandwich, everyman’s food. Paired with a beer, we can't imagine what could be much better. Our goal is to bring you great burgers made from the best local meats, topped with the freshest ingredients and placed in our freshly baked buns.

Excellent meal and service. We were going to see a show at the Aronoff and they had us in and out of there with plenty of time to get to the show
All the burgers and sandwiches are delicious, and chef-created. But if I'm not mistaken, they used to include a side for $14. Now all sides are an additional cost, so that makes the burgers a bit too pricey for us. I subbed in chicken breast for the bourbon burger-- it was great! My family got the Burger Snack, Impossible Burger and Hot Chicken sandwiches. Very loud in the place on a Sunday night; probably would try outside seating next time.
We were seated outside, which was nice. I ordered the patty melt and the burger was a tad on the tough/chewy side and kind of pricey for what it was. Instead of the sauce that came on it, I got ranch and it was some of the best ranch I've had. We also got the peach white chocolate bread pudding that was absolutely delicious!

Outstanding service and food. The restaurant was very busy with guest arriving late due to road closures and trying to make it to the theatre on time. Every staff member was working hard to take care of customers. Our server took our order right away and our food made it to our table quickly. We had ample time to enjoy our food and make it to the show on time.
