Bru is an ode to our love... the Burger. It’s a classic, purely American, and an icon. The hamburger is the people’s sandwich, everyman’s food. Paired with a beer, we can't imagine what could be much better. Our goal is to bring you great burgers made from the best local meats, topped with the freshest ingredients and placed in our freshly baked buns.

We always enjoy Bru before the theatre. The cod was great and so was the coleslaw. Waitress did a great job. Just wish y’all had coke products. Thanks!
The menu is very limited. They were out of the 2 white wines I prefer, also a red one. I ordered a salad (would have liked a soup also but no soup). I ordered the Caesar salad (with salmon) with a Sriricha sauce 'drizzle'. I could not finish the salad because the sauce is so hot and overwhelms the salad. I could not taste the Caesar dressing at all. My husband had fries and the fries weren't that great either. Our server was great though!
Everything we had was excellent and cooked perfectly.
Food and atmosphere is great. Gorgonberry salad with either chicken or salmon is fantastic.
