Bru is an ode to our love... the Burger. It’s a classic, purely American, and an icon. The hamburger is the people’s sandwich, everyman’s food. Paired with a beer, we can't imagine what could be much better. Our goal is to bring you great burgers made from the best local meats, topped with the freshest ingredients and placed in our freshly baked buns.

The food was not what I would consider a great value. The fries were overcooked, the onion rings were great. My Patty melt sandwich was very ordinary for $16.00
Really a burger joint with a good selection of beers and mixed drinks. The burgers are okay but the flavor is from the toppings and extras. The meat had little flavor though it was really nice that they could cook the patties rare as requested. The drinks were very good and the fries are nicely prepared. Our server Mary was attentive and friendly.
