Bru is an ode to our love... the Burger. It’s a classic, purely American, and an icon. The hamburger is the people’s sandwich, everyman’s food. Paired with a beer, we can't imagine what could be much better. Our goal is to bring you great burgers made from the best local meats, topped with the freshest ingredients and placed in our freshly baked buns.

Burgers were amazing! BBQ sauce was different, more like ketchup than BBQ sauce but still ok. Service was slow, but friendly.

Very relaxed and cool downtown spot. The menu was simplistic enough to satisfy children or those that prefer not to step out of their comfort zones. The menu was also expansive enough to give options for items that aren’t basic. The salads were fantastic (Gorgonberry Pecan). We had the Provençal and fries, and the Mexicali with Onion Rings. Both highly recommend.
