Proudly occupying the space of the former Greyhound Depot, BRU Burger Bar Evansville is the fifth BRU location for Cunningham Restaurant Group. Bru is an ode to our love... the Burger. It’s a classic, purely American, and an icon. The hamburger is the people’s sandwich, everyman’s food. Paired with a beer, we can't imagine what could be much better. Our goal is to bring you great burgers made from the best local meats, topped with the freshest ingredients and placed in our freshly baked buns.

Well the food was awesome the look of the place was stunning and their customer service EXCELLENT! We went on a Saturday night and gave ourselves plenty of time to eat and make it to a Thunderbolts game on time. We were surprised by the "wait" time that was quoted to us when we arrived, "less than 15 mins" we were told. Atmosphere, service and food were all great! You must try the bread pudding!! Yummy!
Love the decor of the Greyhound Station. We went after a UE game and many of the fans had the same idea but we were seated at the bar quickly. We started with onion rings lightly battered, Bru burger, Old fashioned burger, Bleu Cheese burger, chili and a Gorgonberry Pecan salad. Everything was really fresh and good. Only suggestion is to have a larger waiting area so people aren't up against your chairs and table while you are trying to eat if you are eating in the bar.
The service was great, very friendly. The food was awesome, one of the best burgers I've ever had. Highly recommended!
I ordered the bleu cheese burger. This burger changed my religion! Hands down the BEST burger of my life! I wish they offered it in a double. The atmosphere is perfect. I loved the history mounted around the walls. Great coffee and amazing cheesecake! We will be back often
Very friendly staff, loved the location and the reuse of the old Greyhound Bus Station and yes, the food was amazing. I had the Stilton Blue Cheese Burger and it was great!
