Proudly occupying the space of the former Greyhound Depot, BRU Burger Bar Evansville is the fifth BRU location for Cunningham Restaurant Group. Bru is an ode to our love... the Burger. It’s a classic, purely American, and an icon. The hamburger is the people’s sandwich, everyman’s food. Paired with a beer, we can't imagine what could be much better. Our goal is to bring you great burgers made from the best local meats, topped with the freshest ingredients and placed in our freshly baked buns.

Had a wonderful time.. Beautiful building.. Very accommodating to our needs.. Food was awesome all in our party left happy
We had a great experience. The atmosphere is very unique and the burgers were amazing!!
First of all, I'm thrilled that someone has renovated the inside of this historic building, and Bru Burger did an excellent job in doing so. Add to that the fact that the food was great and so was the service. I usually don't go downtown to dine, but I know I will be back often.
Great atmosphere and our kids loved the mac n cheese.
We arrived expecting a long wait since it was noon and only the fifth day they had been open. We were told it would be a 25 minute wait and only had to wait 5. We had an awesome waiter named Jacob! Food tasted amazing and overall service was great! We will be returning. As for the people in front of us complaining about the "wait" and how they wouldn't be back. Food was great, we both loved it! Seating is a bit limited; and when the restaurant is packed...it feels very claustrophobic. The staff was very friendly & accommodating. I would definitely recommend trying it out!
