Proudly occupying the space of the former Greyhound Depot, BRU Burger Bar Evansville is the fifth BRU location for Cunningham Restaurant Group. Bru is an ode to our love... the Burger. It’s a classic, purely American, and an icon. The hamburger is the people’s sandwich, everyman’s food. Paired with a beer, we can't imagine what could be much better. Our goal is to bring you great burgers made from the best local meats, topped with the freshest ingredients and placed in our freshly baked buns.

We were there opening night and only waited about 15 minutes for a table. Onion ring appetizer was perfect! We all had burgers and fries which were very good! House made ketchup is a delight!!! We also thought service was very good for opening night... Plan on many more meals there!!
Excellent experience all around! We were greeted at the hostess stand with a smile and it continued with our waiter Zack. Fantastic atmosphere and was given a bit of history when we were seated. Food was excellent, my family started with the pretzel sticks and ordered burgers with fries for our meal. Ended our experience with a birthday treat for my son. I highly recommend Bru Burger in Evansville but I would get there early because they currently do not take reservations.
Went for lunch today! Burger was fantastic! Service was really good! Was worth the brief wait, but hey, I am the one who showed up at noon week of grand opening. Enjoy!
Beautiful relaxing atmosphere! Didn't eat dinner but the appetizer was very good. The staff were very polite and helpful. A very cool vibe there!
Wonderful atmosphere which was warm and inviting. Along with good food, drink and service made this very memorable and a must for everyone to do. Will be back. Love that they saved this historic building!!!
Best burgers in town! The menu was diverse and full of fresh, delicious foods. Their ketchup is to die for. They've done an amazing job celebrating the history of the building while incorporating new designs. The atmosphere is wonderful and the food is even better. Everyone involved with the business seems excited and friendly. I cannot wait to see them really thrive in Evansville.
