Proudly occupying the space of the former Greyhound Depot, BRU Burger Bar Evansville is the fifth BRU location for Cunningham Restaurant Group. Bru is an ode to our love... the Burger. It’s a classic, purely American, and an icon. The hamburger is the people’s sandwich, everyman’s food. Paired with a beer, we can't imagine what could be much better. Our goal is to bring you great burgers made from the best local meats, topped with the freshest ingredients and placed in our freshly baked buns.

Went in on a Thursday at 5pm. First timers. We were immediately seated and had quick service. Loved the atmosphere. Staff seemed a little frazzled preparing for the evening rush, but were all very polite! The food was DELICIOUS - I had the mushroom swiss burger and boyfriend had the garlic three cheese burger. I plan on branching out to one of the chef burgers next time. We will definitely be back... next time we'll split a meal to save room for the s'mores cake that was recommended by our waitress!

My wife and I visited for the first time recently. Very busy from about 11am to 1pm! We luckily got a seat. My wife tried the quinoa burger and I had the Melt Your Face Off burger. We both really enjoyed them. The hot toppings on my burger were just right and not over the top hot. The onion rings were tasty and the slaw was good. Loved the homemade ketchup. We are anxious to try other items on the menu. The inside of the restaurant looks amazing. Be prepared to park on the street if you go during the busy time.
Food was average at best. Nothing I have to have again at the price. Burger were a let down. Was expecting a wow factor and got an ok burger. I was sad.
