It’s a classic, purely American, and an icon. The hamburger is the people’s sandwich, everyman’s food. Paired with a beer, we can't imagine what could be much better. Our goal is to bring you great burgers made from the best local meats, topped with the freshest ingredients and placed in our freshly baked buns.

The timing between apps and entrees is important, we had a small bar table and all the food came out at once.
The vegan Impossible burger was really good. We had reservations on a Friday night, then a really bad storm came. Lots of people were out of power, including BruBurger. They were calling their reservations via cell phones to let everyone know they were not open.
