You provided excellent service in that you made our application happen in roughly 14 days however we felt that we got misinformation during the latter part of the process. Overall we were pleased with your service.
The people with Atlantic Bay were professional and pleasant to work with. Could processing have been done more timely? Perhaps my expectations were unrealistic, but I was expecting the process to take about half the time it did (over 4 months).
