Bryan was extremely easy and friendly to work with, very responsive to any questions we had. Bryan checked in with us frequently during the entire process. He even managed to help us obtained an interest rate better than three other financial institutions that we were quoting from and ultimately helped us locked in an interest rate better than what we expected. I would definitely recommend Bryan, thank you for all your help!

I am a first time home buyer, Bryan was there to help me along the way with my mortgage applications. starting from the time I requested for a quote, to all the documents I needed to submit for the application. Bryan was a delight to work with. He was a straight shooter, answered all of our questions, and encouraged us to get informed before making any decisions. He was available whenever we needed him and he was happy to take the time to explain all the steps of the home buying process, which was especially important given this was our first home purchase. Bryan brought a lot of expertise and a very positive attitude to our initial meeting and was unfailingly helpful throughout the entire mortgage application process. Our mortgage was for a secondary residence, which added some additional wrinkles to that process, but Bryan was on top of it all and made sure everything was done exactly right and in a timely manner. His explanations were crystal clear and very helpful. If I ever need a mortgage in the future, I would want to work with Bryan again.

The mortgage issue I needed guidance with was a re-finance of an existing mortgage. Bryan and team made a somewhat confusing process seamless. I would recommend him and TIAA to anyone seeking assistance and information for all mortgage needs.
