I’d prefer to no go into great detail. Every step seemed reactionary as opposed to proactive. Documents were repeatedly asked for that were and had been previously sent, and the overall turnaround time was quite underwhelming and slow. The closing date was missed at least (3) times prolonging the initial closing date to about 1 additional month. I will not be revisiting this company in the future.

I thought I would hear more from the lender or his support staff. The information I received came from the buyer. Can't work with someone who does not keep the broker in the loop as the transaction progresses.
