A friend once described Bryce as a "superstar" mortgage broker and I've described him to my friends the same way. :) He's excellent at checking in and explaining tough concepts, and also emulating different number scenarios. As first time buyers we were more than a little nervous. Bryce put as at ease at the beginning of the process and stayed in touch at all the right times.
