As first time buyers we were more than a little nervous. Bryce put as at ease at the beginning of the process and stayed in touch at all the right times. The sheer enormity of what needs to be done to buy a house threatened to overwhelm us but Bryce put everything in perspective as well as giving us the tools to make the best decisions. I’d give Bryce 100 stars if it was an option! It was so refreshing to work with such a knowledgeable, caring person, who kept me educated and informed throughout the entire loan process. I appreciated the online tools with brief video instructions that made the process easy to navigate. When the loan funded and the closing was recorded, he scheduled a last meeting to educate me about new homeowner scams and how to get off phone and mailing lists that are pulled from public records.
