Bryce elder went above and beyond in explaining what was happening, in as much detail as I could ask for ( and I asked a ton of questions), and keeping us prepared for what was going to happen next. As a first time home buyer, I had no idea what I was getting into, and he was a bright shining light guiding me through the unknown. His passion and knowledge for his work, is unmatched.
