Bryce was very patient and professional throughout. My wife and I almost refinanced twice before actually pulling the trigger the third time and Bryce never once seemed annoyed or bothered with our indecisiveness. Every time I would call, Bryce would make it a point to explain everything and answer any question we asked. We were always the number one priority when we called for any reason. Bryce takes a potentially anxious topic and makes it fun and exciting. His rates are exceptionally competitive; however, his expertise and attention to the market are what really saved me money on my mortgage. I don't know what I would have done without this guy. I always felt comfortable calling or texting him, even for seemingly silly questions, and he delivered A+ customer service, every time.
