As always, my annual office visit with Dr. Burns was a pleasant experience. I appreciate being seen on time. From checking to checkout, this practice is well run. Dr. Burns does a thorough exam in a quick and efficient manner without my feeling rushed or inhibited from discussing any concerns or questions I have. And she takes time to inquire about our grandkids that she delivered 7 and 4 years ago.
Transferred here after having a horrible experience at my previous provider. I have never had an exam that was so thorough. The doctor I saw practically cleaned up the mess from the previous provider and set a plan in place. Best part, they do lab work in the office.
I have been with Dr Craparo for around 25 years. She is the best. If I am anxious (and who isn’t). She has such a calming presence, just walking into the room. Never in a rush. Very knowledgeable & supportive. And her staff is always welcoming.
The experience was fantastic the doctor and associates were great very happy with the experience thank you!
