guy is a fake. don't do business with him. he basically strongarmed us into a mortgage loan that he knew we couldn't make the payments. He promised us that the rates would go down and we would be able to refinance. This never happened. We fell behind and we reached to him via phone calls and email with no response. this hole thing was a nightmare. It almost destroyed our family. if you hear this guys name, RUN RUN RUN. I wish I could give a -10 rating . Beware.
