Paid a $3000 retainer for him to handle a marital matter. We wrote our own agreement, took it to Kerry and he filed it with the court. Invested maybe a couple of hours. Agreed to send me accounting and return the balance of my retainer because it wasn't earned. Promised and Promised and Promised. Never received accounting....never received refund. Wish I had chosen a different law firm i wouldn't recommend! It's just bad business all together he continue to avoid me constantly giving his clerks excuse to tell me. This case begin in 2015 it's now 2017 still no foot in the court room nor call. He was paid!

We got ripped off to. Paid Bryson $1500 for them to answer a couple of phone calls. They did nothing, no filings, no orders, no discovery and no court. We asked for our retainer back and he refused....said he had already spent it and had paid his people for the holidays. Really bad business. Reputable businesses will return your money when they have not performed the service that they were paid for..... not so here. Will not recommend them to anyone ever.

I paid Bryson to handle a case for me last year around this time last year an believe it or not I haven't heard from him but once. I haven't step a foot in a courtroom yet I wouldn't recommend him to anyone. He took my money to do nothing can't even get him to return my calls. I just gave up trying worst experience ever.
