All around good customer service. We bought quite a bit of furniture from the Garland location. Within a few uses, the dining room chairs were not proving to be very sturdy. When I filled out the warranty form online, someone from the store called me back within 24 hours. While my specific set of chairs didn’t come with a warranty, the manager said she’d like to trade out all the chairs for a better set. (Not just the ones that were loose, all of them.) We went their late and as we were looking around a young man approached us with the usual question can I assist or help you look for something. We saw this beautiful canvas painting and we immediately liked it, although it was a display item we thought ok lets negotiate the price. Randy began negotiations and I walked away letting him handle the sales rep. Sure enough he came down on the price then we found other stuff he also assisted us. The value of the furniture and the friendliness and helpfulness of the sales force were exactly what I needed. This was my first time in the store.
I have been buying from them from the beginning. They are always very helpful and even over the phone they treat you as if you were in the store. Just bought a box springs the they loaded it and to care in making sure it was tied down good and proper. Well be going back again soon.
Bought a sofa recliner, computer desk and chair. Service was excellent. It appears they have upgraded their merchandise. Love it!
