I found the staff friendly, informed and helpful. Victoria did a wonderful job of providing service. She listened effectively to my wants and needs, then using her vast decorating knowledge and an excellent awareness of what the store stock could offer, she helped me create a beautiful living space within my budget. Prices and quality of the furniture offered were great and financing was very easy.

Victoria, our salesperson, and Martin, her boss, were wonderful to work with and answered all our questions. They gave us a great price on some quality furniture. Nikki at the front desk was very helpful as well with all the paperwork.
Kaylee was amazing! We stopped by just to look. She loaned us a tape measure so we could get dimensions on a couple of pieces and as a result we have furniture being delivered on Wednesday. The store was laid out nicely for browsing and after trips to several other stores we finally found what we were looking for. Even though it was getting close to store closing time we never felt rushed and we will definitely check out BT Furnishings and look for Kaylee next time we need furniture!
