I really can’t say it enough good things about Buckingham mortgage. From beginning to end David and Fiona held my hand through each step of the process. The only positive thing I have to say about being involved in a transaction with this lender is that the deal did ultimately close. However to get to that point it took nearly 60 days with a 45 day initial closing time frame and then two additional extensions were required when they couldn't meet their promised deadlines on multiple occasions. If you use this lender i would recommend staying on top of them because it would seem to me they need to be pushed to get anything done.
