Kamran is very responsive,informative and always put my needs first.Definitely recommend if you want a stress free ,friendly and punctual mortgage service .

The only positive thing I have to say about being involved in a transaction with this lender is that the deal did ultimately close. However to get to that point it took nearly 60 days with a 45 day initial closing time frame and then two additional extensions were required when they couldn't meet their promised deadlines on multiple occasions. If you use this lender i would recommend staying on top of them because it would seem to me they need to be pushed to get anything done.

Kamran and his associates at Buckingham are a class act. More importantly, they are able to really think outside the box, and TENACIOUSLY close non-standard transactions and get the job done.. Frank Bispo is by far one of the the best lenders. He was the third lender we contacted after being turned down for our home purchase. Being self employed has it's obstacles when obtaining a loan but Frank's knowledge and hard work got the deal done. His communication throughout the process was AMAZING. He made sure we were well informed of every step until the very end. Thanks to Frank, our family was able to buy the perfect home!

He got patience , great personality with consistent hard work to get job done. Answer all your questions & make them clear for you. He respond quickly when you need him. He cares about you , he make sure you are in peace & give you great deal. He has done 3 different houses & twice refinance for different houses for me & i was very happy for all he has done for me. I would never go to anyone else. you find out yourself as well.
