I really can’t say it enough good things about Buckingham mortgage. From beginning to end David and Fiona held my hand through each step of the process. They’ve been to over backwards to make sure that my loan went through Period they are sharp and hard-working. I will be using them again in the again. They never stop working for you until you’re at the closing table and you walk away with your keys!
We refinanced through Buckingham Mortgage, and our Agent, Fiona Mulema. was extremely helpful through the entire process. Fiona was very friendly, knowledgeable, and she answered all our questions and concerns. She was also extremely responsive, and helped us resolve all issues that came up during the loan approval process. She explained all the complex paperwork and was available whenever we had a question. I will recommend her to our friends and family. It was a very positive experience. Highly recommended.
I recently refinanced my property with Buckingham Mortgage LLC.and could not be happier with the process . Kamran Hanif and his team went above and beyond to help me in every step of the way. Kamran is very responsive,informative and always put my needs first.Definitely recommend if you want a stress free ,friendly and punctual mortgage service .
The only positive thing I have to say about being involved in a transaction with this lender is that the deal did ultimately close. However to get to that point it took nearly 60 days with a 45 day initial closing time frame and then two additional extensions were required when they couldn't meet their promised deadlines on multiple occasions. If you use this lender i would recommend staying on top of them because it would seem to me they need to be pushed to get anything done.
Kamran and his associates at Buckingham are a class act. More importantly, they are able to really think outside the box, and TENACIOUSLY close non-standard transactions and get the job done..
