Jennifer Borsare scheduled my service appointment quickly so I would not be without heat. The Service Tech knew what was wrong and had the replacement parts with him and fixed the problem right away.
Mike came out and diagnosed the problem and knew how to fix it. I had no hot water and no heat! I really appreciated his expertise, and thoroughness. He did a GREAT JOB... I am definitely impressed with Buckley Heating!
Excellent service tech! Took the time to fully consider all possibilities before rendering a diagnosis of the service issue. Also effectively communicated the options going forward. And, in this difficult time, he followed all health protocols fully.

Eric, our service person, was very polite and professional. He checked everything over, determined that our boiler just needed restarting. Told me how to do that if if happened again. Gave me some instructions when it might be necessary to call back. Wore a mask and was courteous. Thank you once again!
