Eric, our service person, was very polite and professional. He checked everything over, determined that our boiler just needed restarting. Told me how to do that if if happened again. Gave me some instructions when it might be necessary to call back. Wore a mask and was courteous. Thank you once again!

Could not be less impressed by this company. Failed to deliver propane while we are on an automatic refill plan. Propane ran out and they told us it would be a week to get us heat in mid January. I wouldn’t even expect this service from a budget provider, let alone one that charges such astronomical prices. We will be taking our business elsewhere. If you’re thinking of using them, do yourself a favor and run.

Put your customers first. No longer a community company. You stopped locking in prices for your contract customers. Hours on hold for customer service. Took 6. On that and three messages for someone to get back to us about a house generator. We need a company to be there when we need them not when it’s convenient for them

Zero stars. They delivered oil to my house last week without notice despite having asked to receive a courtesy notice via phone, text or email the day prior. They charged me 5.09 a gallon. It cost $700 to fill half of my oil tank. I called to have them explain this price to me…They said my cost is based on my usage. I’m a single mom of one who keeps the heat at 62 when away and never higher than 67 with a Nest thermostat. My oil is only for heat. After being with this company when it was O'Neil oil then Buckley run by Jeff Buckley I have been with this for over 40 years. This year I almost left you because your Propain cost was the highest in the state at $4.68 per gallon. I spoke with Jean Monihan about this problem. She said that she did not want to lose me as a customer and she what she could. She did get me down to $3.06 per gal. which was a big difference. So stayed. Communications lacking. Sometimes company hard to reach and then there is more delay. Each time you get to talk to someone it is usually a different person and the explanation starts all over again. In regards to last problem, no heat on top bedroom floor there has been at least three technicians here and the problem is still not solved. Now I’ve been told to call a plumber which is not my task as I see it but will call a plumber on Monday.
