They basically killed my cat! We had to have her put down ELSEWHERE as I want NOTHING MORE to do with this "Clinic"!
RecommendedAmazingly patient with a big dog who thinks he’s an alligator and rolls continuously. Other vets have told us not to bring him back :0(
First of all the Doctor was awesome I had no problem let me say that but the kennel manager and the tech "WAS AND WILL BE THE MOST DISRESPECTFUL INDIVIDUALS I HAVE EVER CROSS PATHS WITH. I went in to drop off a flyer of my lost Yorkie that got out. I explained to her he has a chip and he is a full bred Yorkie. That if someone tries to pass him as theirs to scan for a chip. She said legally they couldn’t do anything. I was mad because they don’t care or help. Someone can take him in for something later but they just don’t care.
They don’t give you a good service they charge you extra when you came a little bit late

For the 3rd time this establishment has drop the ball . I use to think that communication was the key to understanding your clients and the needs of our pets but NO comprehension is . The office personal and several physicians that have rotated within clinic are extremely unprofessional, disrespectful and rude. Not everyone comes to this clinic for cheap rates on shots but I thought I was coming for the quality of care . I have zero tolerance and I will not be returning to this clinic and I will stop referring anyone else.

I would avoid this clinic at all costs. My baby, Becks, was a Morkie of 4 months. He was a small puppy, weighing in at only 4.8 lbs. On 7/20/19, I brought him here because he was exhibiting some reverse sneezing the night before. Mind you, he was also due for his second round of shots. According to Dr. Hall, Becks' health was in top shape and something probably just irritated his nostrils; that it was not anything to worry about. I then inquired in regard to his vaccinations. This used to be a great place to take my furr babies, due to owner changes, this place has changed for the worse. My furr baby is on medication, when not on it she has seizures, went in on Friday as asked, Saturday she’s out of medication, Monday I call and go into the office I’m told will need to wait until Dr can review blood work and finish seeing appointments. When you put a furr baby on medication you should know the problems that can occur without the medication. It breaks my heart to see my baby having seizures. I... read more
