The new workers at Buckner Animal Clinic don't what they are doing. Especially the manager and her little friend. They know what I'm talking about.
I took my dog there I use my credit card when I was leaving she keep my credit card for long period time she help everyone else I was there first she got them out the way so she writes my credit card number down use it making excuses why she couldn't give credit card back don't like it when I cant see what she doing with my credit card when I got home I look on credit card account she bought tickets to boat cruise I quickly cancel my credit card last place I use that card the girl was acting strange t... read more

I will never take my dogs back here again the service is poor. The girl at the front desk is very rude. I have to big pitbulls and I ask her could she give me the clipboard so i could sign in, she said no you can walk around and sign in. Now its is like 10 dogs on this other side and my dogs don't act right. That was rude. The only person I like there is the dude who wash the dogs and the lady who give the shots very sweet and patient people.
