I booked an appointment online for Service at 7:30 and when I got to the budget brakes location the person at the front counter said there was no appointment booked online even though I showed him attempted to several times the confirmation email that was sent back to me for the day I was scheduled for an appointment then on top of that he didn’t want to give me a discount that was running for their promotion of setting up an appointment online There was a $60 off $300 or more purchase for service and he didn’t want to put t... read more

As for the service once my truck finally got in that was good . But I had an appointment at 12:30 and that was not honored and it took over 3.5 hrs to just back breaks installed on my truck. I had actually arrived at 12 and left there at 3:45. That the reason for the rating . I saw wall in go before me even though I had an appointment.
To much and a set up with snap want be back for everything you do to the car 314 dollars front brakes back brakes 314 dollars wheel 335 dollars

Sad Customer on the behalf to know that Two of The Greatest Guys .Doesnt Work here anymore (Eric) has Moved to Midas on Nolesnville Road and not sure yet where Devin New Location is at .They are Absolutely Knowledgeable about your Maintenance to your Vechiles and they Care about there Customers . They are definitely worth Following to where ever Mechanic or Maintenance Shop they may Work at .
