I booked an appointment online for Service at 7:30 and when I got to the budget brakes location the person at the front counter said there was no appointment booked online even though I showed him attempted to several times the confirmation email that was sent back to me for the day I was scheduled for an appointment then on top of that he didn’t want to give me a discount that was running for their promotion of setting up an appointment online There was a $60 off $300 or more purchase for service and he didn’t want to put t... read more

As for the service once my truck finally got in that was good . But I had an appointment at 12:30 and that was not honored and it took over 3.5 hrs to just back breaks installed on my truck. I had actually arrived at 12 and left there at 3:45. That the reason for the rating . I saw wall in go before me even though I had an appointment.
