The gentleman working the desk was outgoing and ameable, but it doesnt change the fact that i ended up paying for things that i didnt even come for, and to top it all off my brakes are STILL squealing after leaving. If customer service was all it took for my car to run properly, then Budget Brakes would be the only place to get your brakes fixed. Alas, i actually need the brakes too.

I didn’t even get my brakes done after sitting there for 3 hours. They guy told me he could do it in an hour and half but it didn’t happen. I was really disappointed.

I have been to budget brakes twice within the past few years. I have bought a lifetime break replacement back in 2017 as of today I’ve had two different places say I had to have a new front end and that was from Murfreesboro and today in Madison Tennessee they told me I had to have four rollers because they weren’t good now I have my own mechanic and he looks over my truck about every six months to a year and there is nothing wrong with that truck nothing wrong with the rotors but yet they wanna charge me $700 to fix the tru... read more

My experience is most not about the last location. Because they were professional , friendly and knowledgeable but only the pricing is extremely high. But the other location on Nolensville rd , Did not show work that I previously had done . And this is unacceptable. For those 2 reasons. You gets Only 1 stars..

Wanted a single brake line replaced Was told I'm going to have to take the car to some other mechanic shop that the employees named and would have to pay 4 thousand dollars for work I didn't want so I had to come pick up my car which I dropped off at the mechanic in the morning expecting my problem to be fixed(the whole point of going to the mechanic in the first place) and drive my car with bad brakes to my regular mechanic on my lunch break The single worst experience I've ever had with any mechanic shop in my life

They did not fix t brakes. Brakes don’t last a week before awfully grinding again. Somehow I was asked to pay $1100 more to fix it

Put on the lowest price brake pads and didn't ask me if l wanted a better brake pads
