My brakes and rotors were fixed and I was able to do a fair payment plan and so far my car is running efficiently

A pretty good experience. Got there around 8:30am, the front brakes were on by 11:30.The 3 hrs wait was they had got wrong pads had to get the correct pads to be delivered l. After that, they had them on in 15 minutes I would suggest sending a employee to pick up part, took at least 2 or 3 hrs to be delivered that's wrong for the customer!!

I trust Budget Brakes. I stopped in for an inspection and they did recommend that my rotors were nearing replacement time. I was in so much pain with my back that I couldn’t sit another minute sitting in the lobby. I will be back to have the work done.

Everything went well, they showed me the pads and rotors, I showed up around 9:30 and was out by 11:00 My biggest fear of going was that it would take all day but it didn't, all work done in a timely manner

Todo fue perfecto , el único inconveniente que tengo es que no pongan un precio que no estan cobrando., en su anuncio dise que cobran por alineación, $59,99, y ami me cobraron por $150. Solo eso quiero decirle, pongan el precio que ban a cobrar, todo lo demás perfecto. Muchas gracias.
