Steve was EXCELLENT!!!!! Firestone was going to charge me 800.00 and Steve recommended bringing it to him to diagnosis the car. The guys there was real great and they where honest about what I need to have done to my truck. I would tell all my friends and family to come there and have there car worked on. I work in customer service to and I will tell u what the where wonderful and great guys and had a good attitude to. I want to tell them thank u and what a great job they did at the Madison store .
Wonderful customer service, not just with me but with other walk in customers as well as phone calls. Very helpful in explaining what & why certain things needed to be done. I will refer others to the Gallatin Road store for service & I will return for any future needs.
